Why?
To play an active role in reindustrialization
Launched in 2018, the national ‘Territoires d'industrie’ programme is a strategy for industrial recovery by and for the "Territoires".
In the second phase, from 2023 to 2027, 183 "Territoires d'Industrie" are committed to the reindustrialization of the country through the implementation of action plans led by elected officials and business leaders, supported by the State, Operators and the Regions in order to accelerate local industrial projects.
Objectives: to create fertile ground for industrial development in the regions in order to:
- Accelerate the energy and ecological transition
- Make the regions ambitious ecosystems of innovation
- Remove barriers to recruitment and skills development
- Mobilise industrial land adapted to industrial challenges and needs, as well as local authorities.
I've been working with AfrSCM (formerly Fapics) and its partners since 2014 to raise companies' awareness of the financial stakes (cash flow and WCR) of good supply chain management practices, with the support of the Direction Générale des Entreprises and the French Ministry of the Economy.
In 2020, digital simulation days (serious game) were organized in Grand Est Touraine, with the support of Deputy Daniel LABARONNE and the 4 Communities of Communes, to bring to life the experience of the financial rescue and development of an industrial company by a management committee using best practices in supply chain flow management.
The project, entitled in the action sheet: Demonstrate and introduce the financial stakes of good supply chain management practices to increase the international competitiveness of SMEs and develop exports thanks to digital technology, was accredited in 2021, deployed in Amboise, Château Renault and Bléré, then relaunched in 2024.

On the initiative of Daniel LABARONNE, deputy for the 2nd constituency of Indre-et-Loire and member of the National Assembly's Finance Committee, a group of industry practitioners is invited to the Château du Clos LUCE, home of the inventor Leonardo da Vinci, to propose initiatives to the leaders of companies in the "Territoire d'Industrie Grand Est Touraine" (TI GET).
A l'initiative de Daniel LABARONNE, député de la 2ème circonscription d'Indre et Loire et membre de la commission des finances de l'Assemblée Nationale, un groupe d'industriels est invité au château du Clos LUCE demeure de l’inventeur Léonard de Vinci par Gaël IBRAMSAH, pour proposer des initiatives aux dirigeants des entreprises du Territoire d'Industrie Grand Est Touraine (TI GET).
Certaines entreprises du Grand Est tourangeau ont bénéficié d’une formation permettant d’aborder les questions liées à la santé financière des entreprises. Une journée organisée par Territoire d’industrie Grand-Est Touraine, dont fait partie la Communauté de communes Touraine-Est Vallées (Tev), et soutenue par celle d’Amboise ainsi que par l’association Entreprendre et réussir dans l’Est Tour...
