The historical name of the firm (founded in 1985) is CFGI: Consulting and Training in Industrial Management.
This was later joined by the neologism Logility, which symbolises the global approach in business: Logistics + Agility + Quality.

I've been working with AfrSCM (formerly Fapics) and its partners since 2014 to raise companies' awareness of the financial stakes (cash flow and WCR) of good supply chain management practices, with the support of the Direction Générale des Entreprises and the French Ministry of the Economy.

In 2020, digital simulation days (serious game) are being organized in Grand Est Touraine, with the support of Deputy Daniel LABARONNE and the Communities of Communes, to bring to life the digitized experience of the financial rescue and development of an industrial company by a management committee using best practices in supply chain flow management.

The project, entitled in the action sheet: Demonstrate and introduce the financial stakes of good supply chain management practices to increase the international competitiveness of SMEs and develop exports thanks to digital technology, will be accredited in 2021, deployed in Amboise, Château Renault and Bléré, then relaunched in 2024.

In 2024, VISCONTI Partners' industry practice took part in the launch of the working group: Optimizing your cash management: challenges and innovative solutions through supply chain management.

In the presence of Daniel LABARONNE, the group was invited by Gaël IBRAMSAH to the Château du Clos LUCE, home of the inventor Leonardo da Vinci.

Taking care of the mental health of board members and their teams is just as important for the company's future as ensuring the safety and physical health of employees. This is one of the responsibilities of managers.

Take stock and demystify the subject of mental health with a 3-hour edutainment workshop, and conclude with an improvement plan to follow.

Only 56% of employees claim to have good mental health (Great Place to Work Insights, January 2024). It is now the 1st cause of long-term sick leave (Malakoff Humanis).

That's why Santé Mentale Pour Tous is offering an awareness-raising workshop inspired by the Fresque du Climat, enabling organizations to take preventive and inclusive action.

Notre fresque permet de comprendre que tout le monde est concerné, d'appréhender les facteurs de santé mentale, de découvrir des ressources et surtout de libérer la parole au sein des organisations.

Our fresco helps people to understand that everyone is affected, to grasp the factors of mental health, to discover resources and, above all, to free the word within organizations.

The Santé Mentale Pour tous fresco frees organizations to talk about mental health, the 1st step towards individual and collective action for prevention and inclusion.

The fresco creates favorable conditions for exchanges on the various dimensions of mental health.

What is a Mastermind group? 

It's a group of entrepreneurial professionals seeking excellence and rapid business development, who choose to help each other in a spirit of collective intelligence. Each member takes a turn at Hot-Seat.

What does it mean to Hot-Seat ? 

The participant briefly (3 minutes) presents his or her burning business question of the moment (organization, strategy, challenge, obstacle, creation, etc.). The group will inspire solutions, following a highly effective and rapid protocol for taking **small steps (sometimes not so small) towards success.

 

How do Mastermind sessions work?They last a maximum of 2 hours, either face-to-face in our Territoire d'Industrie du Grand Est Touraine, or online with other member companies of the French Supply Chain Management association AfrSCM. At the next session, the Hot Seat can be asked to take stock of the small steps taken and the new obstacles encountered.

What's the difference between the Mastermind approach and the Co-development approach?

The two approaches are complementary: Mastermind is ideal for informal, motivating exchanges, while co-development offers a rigorous framework for in-depth, methodical reflection.

As a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming certified by Robert DILTS at NLPU University in Santa Cruz, USA), I use the Mastermind approach with peers who have similar interests and objectives, and who want to tap into the group's collective intelligence spontaneously, quickly and creatively.

Training and coaching are pedagogical resources that are then offered to participants who express a need for them.
